The Hermitage’s new restaurant, the Giorno Bistrot, was inaugurated in autumn 2011It offers traditional cuisine reinterpreted in a modern approach, with delicious dishes from the Milanese tradition, and accommodates those who prefer gluten-free food.
Its original setting recalls the publishing roots of the Monrif Group.
